February 2005 Have only just been able to start training again so its nice to get back into it! We have had some training sessions on some Saturdays apart from our usual lessons during the week concentrating on certain aspects like weaves, positioning and determining the area between each jump.
Holly is probably not going to be doing anymore Agility Classes this year as she has never been happy about the A-Frame, maybe this will improve next year with the height changes. So she will carry on Jumping this year as she's still eager to do these classes.
As Tigger is still young he will be getting a lot more training, which he is thoroughly enjoying. He will be doing quite a bit in March, some one to one's regarding his Waits before a jump and will also be doing some Workshops, the next one being Contacts; this is starting to sink in I think!! He had a whole morning at the beginning of March with some other dogs looking at different methods of front/rear crosses either at the start of a course or in the middle of a course, and push rounds which was very interesting. He has a busy weekend at the end of March with his Contact Workshop and then more training with a Guest trainer on the Sunday!
